Ellen holds a Bachelor of Science (Speech Pathology) (Hons) from Curtin University and is a Certified Practicing Speech Pathologist (CPSP) with Speech Pathology Australia.
Ellen has worked as a community therapist – providing support in schools, clinic, and at home – for people of all ages and abilities. She is passionate about empowering clients and their families to achieve goals that are meaningful to them.
Ellen has particular interest in the areas of multimodal communication and AAC, early language development, and supporting communication through a neurodiversity affirming lens. She loves to implement play-based approaches in her sessions and facilitate learning through shared joy and fun!
