As part of the administration team, Pep is often the first point of contact for families at Kid Speak. She manages phone enquiries and coordinates appointments to help ensure smooth day to day operations. Her friendly and organised approach helps create a welcoming experience for families.
One of the most rewarding aspects of Pep’s role is interacting with the children who attend Kid Speak. Whether it’s helping a child find more bubbles or balloons, or handing out a well-earned sticker after a session, she enjoys creating positive experiences and building meaningful connections. Pep takes great pride in celebrating each child’s achievements and helping to foster a warm and supportive environment.
Outside of work, Pep volunteers with the Western Australian Hot Rod Association. She and her family enjoy attending events and cruising in their hot rods. Passionate about the hot-rodding lifestyle, Pep values the friendships and sense of community it creates, and enjoys bringing people together through a shared love of classic cars.
